You may not use Radioboxd for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, spam, malware distribution, scraping beyond permitted use, or attempts to disrupt service availability or security.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, security, or reputational risk.
Radioboxd may rely on third-party services (including music catalog providers). We do not control third-party availability, content accuracy, or policy changes.
Radioboxd branding, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
Radioboxd is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radioboxd and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radioboxd and its operators from claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for policy or legal compliance reasons.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of updated terms.
